Pedagogy first, technology secondAny implementation of educational technology needs to be completed with purposeful consideration to your teaching scenario and backed by appropriate pedagogical choices. There is not one way to incorporate educational technologyThere is also no particular tool/app/program/etc that is the "be-all-end-all". Like any aspect of education, educational technology is full of grey areas.

Allow technology to replace youView your classroom as our own unique teaching environment; an environment where all biotic and abiotic features occupy their own niche. You fill a unique niche that cannot be replicated by anyone else (biotic or abiotic). There are, however, things that you do each day which could easily be replaced by technology. Let technology fulfill its niche in your classroom so that your time is freed up to have more one-on-one time with your students.
